Lose 1500 calorie

This is a collection of tips, experience and examples that can be very useful to people interested in losing weight. * Snack: Fruit

* Lunch, a flour, vegetables, salad and lean meat

* Snack: Fruit or whole grain crackers or some organic product

Dinner: soup or salad or vegetable puree
