Nonfat Yogurt

This is a dietary regimen designed especially for all those who need to lose a kilo its most. It is a very simple plan to make, is based mainly on the intake of nonfat yogurt. If you are doing it strictly enables you lose weight 1 kilo in 2 days.

If you are determined / or put into practice this dietary regimen will have to have  and flavoring your foods with salt, grated cheese and light olive oil . You’ll have to repeat the detailed menu every day then you make the plan.

Daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 tea and 1 low-fat yogurt.

Mid-morning: 1 tangerine or orange.

Lunch: 2 cups nonfat yogurt and light. You can eat the amount of yogurt you want.

Mid-afternoon: 1 glass of skim milk with 2 tablespoons of light grain.

Snack: 1 low-fat yogurt and 1 infusion.

Dinner: 1 slice of ham, 1 cup of soup with 1 vegetable choice and 1 low-fat yogurt.

Before bed: 1 or 1 fruit infusion.
