It should be noted that this is an experience and a personal opinion and is recommended, provided, diet under medical supervision.  I think is advisable to start a healthy eating plan and do the diet only if there is overweight, for fashion, low self-esteem or complex. <span id="more-34"></span></p>
<p>There is no perfect diet, ideally oneself develop its own meal plan and do so in a balanced and according to their needs.  If the problem is really serious, I recommends looking for a specialist to help the person and take into account that the biggest mistake is to stop eating because one hand is very harmful and on the other side has a remarkable rebound.</p>
<p>The recommended weight loss is:</p>
<p>* Having a positive mind and self acceptance</p>
<p>* Having a weekly exercise routine (starts slowly)</p>
<p>* Make a weekly meal plan,</p>
<p>which includes at least five meals a day   Sample diet:</p>
<p>* Breakfast: yogurt and cereals</p>
<p>* Snack: Fruit</p>
<p>* Lunch, a flour, vegetables, salad and lean meat</p>
<p>* Snack: Fruit or whole grain crackers or some organic product</p>
<p>Dinner: soup or salad or vegetable puree</p>
