<p>If you are determined / or put into practice this dietary regimen will have to have  and flavoring your foods with salt, grated cheese and light olive oil . You&#8217;ll have to repeat the detailed menu every day then you make the plan.<span id="more-65"></span></p>
<p>Daily menu:</p>
<p>Breakfast: 1 tea and 1 low-fat yogurt.</p>
<p>Mid-morning: 1 tangerine or orange.</p>
<p>Lunch: 2 cups nonfat yogurt and light. You can eat the amount of yogurt you want.</p>
<p>Mid-afternoon: 1 glass of skim milk with 2 tablespoons of light grain.</p>
<p>Snack: 1 low-fat yogurt and 1 infusion.</p>
<p>Dinner: 1 slice of ham, 1 cup of soup with 1 vegetable choice and 1 low-fat yogurt.</p>
<p>Before bed: 1 or 1 fruit infusion.</p>
