The dinner includes 200 grams of cream instead of mixed vegetables (such as beans, peas, lentils or chickpeas) with 50 grams of fat ham.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">On Saturday a low-fat yogurt for breakfast and a pear as a snack. Lunch 150 grams of veal with grilled radicchio salad. Dinner 150 grams of turkey breast grilled with a side dish of raw vegetables. Finally, the Sunday breakfast with tea, coffee and three biscuits for snacks and lunch a kiwi 200 grams of cod steamed with tomato salad. Finally, at dinner, 150 grams of turkey breast grilled with a side of boiled potatoes and carrots.</p>
