Use a Pedometer to Keep Fit

It is extremely common obligations of life today tie us to a chair. Literally many people seem to have taken root to the seats, and their body ends deformed due to spend many hours sitting without moving or having physical demands.
Spending too long in a sitting position is not only harmful to our physical and our physical state, but we also can lead to several problems at the bone and muscle, as in our spine, neck or shoulders.
Those who spend much of their day sitting should take measures to counteract the negative effects this position. And for that, as always, the right choice is exercise.
